Siti Sarah Omar is a lecturer at the Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) Johor Malaysia since 2008. She is also a Certified Professional Entrepreneurial Educator awarded by Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. She obtained her PhD Degree (Management-Entrepreneurship) in 2015 from University of Southampton, United Kingdom. She holds Master of Science (Human Resource Development) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM-2006) and Bachelor Degree of Business Administration with Honors from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM-2002). Prior to joining UTHM she had two years teaching experience at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in Kuala Lumpur. Her expertise is in the field of Entrepreneurial Networking, Human and Social Capital, Human Resource Management and Development as well as Talent Management. She has published plentiful Scopus-indexed journals and conference proceedings since 2010 while at the same time actively involved in research grants at the national level and abroad.
Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahir Shamsir Omar
Mohd Shahir Shamsir Omar is the Vice Chancellor of Research and Innovation at UTHM. His previous position as the Director of Innovation and Commercialization Centre Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) has recorded substantial achievement in institutional research sustainability using commercialization of intellectual property and productization of services. He has also doubled the IP output of UTM, restructured UTM spin-off management and optimised IP revenue to include IP services & asset monetisation. He has published 56 Web of Science articles, 20 Scopus articles, 49 articles, chapters and Proceedings and earn research grants and consultancy worth RM 2.9 million. His research publications revolve around the topic of Biological Sciences.
Prof. Dr. Wan Fauzi @ Wan Fauziah Wan Yusoff
Wan Fauzi @ Wan Fauziah Wan Yusoff has been involved in entrepreneurship activity in 2004 since she began her career as an academic staff of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). In 2009, she completed her PhD in Corporate Governance at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. Since returning to Malaysia in 2009, she has been actively involved in entrepreneurship and business activity within and outside of UTHM. In 2011 she was chosen by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOE) as one of the candidates to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge University. Apart from academic achievement, she also professionally trained to become a “Corporate Director” under the Women Directorship Programme, Ministry of Women and Social Development since 2014. She also a “Qualified Trainer of MARA” since 2005, and NLP trainers since January 2016. In January 2017 she received Best Mentor Award from Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abd Rahman Ahmad
Abd Rahman Ahmad has more than 14 years of working experiences as a lecturer at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. Abd Rahman Ahmad formal qualifications include a BHRM (UUM), MBA (Strategic Management) (IBS, UTM) and PhD (Victoria University of Melbourne). The teaching experience includes strategic planning, management, entrepreneurship, and human resource management subjects. His current research interests include higher education strategic planning, education funding systems, business, management and more.
Dr. Umi Kartini Rashid
Umi Kartini Rashid is a lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Faculty of Technology and Business Management (FTMB), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). Her service with UTHM has entered its 12th year in addition to working experience in several Japanese companies for 7 years. Her early education began at Sekolah Tun Fatimah (STF) Johor Bahru and later continued her studies at Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo Japan in Bachelor of Commerce and Management. She then pursued on her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same University, before obtaining a PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) Sintok, Kedah Malaysia. She has also obtained Professional Certificate for Entrepreneurial Educators, Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning and is also a Certified E-Commerce Trainer, Global E-Commerce Talent (GET), Alibaba Business School in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia. Apart from that, she has led some research grants at the national and internal level and involved as a consultant in several corporate companies in the state of Johor, besides being one of the members in the taskforce of the Malaysian Higher Education Entrepreneurship Action Plan 2021-2025.
Dr. Noor Aslinda Abu Seman
Noor Aslinda Abu Seman is a lecturer at Department of Business Management, Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Johor, Malaysia. She joined UTHM since October 2017. She completed her diploma in Technology Management (Accounting) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) KL City Campus in the year of 2009. In 2011, she obtained her first degree in Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from UTM Skudai and graduated with first class. Due to date, she was offered for fast-track program at Doctorate level in Management and completed my PhD in 2017. Her research interest includes green supply chain management, marketing, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurship, green marketing, green innovation, supply chain management, as well as management accounting.
Mr. Mohd Nazir Mohd Adi
Mohd Nazir Mohd Adi is a lecturer in the Faculty of Technology Management and Business. Prior to joining the academic, he was an assistant registrar in the Registrar’s office. He received his LL.M in 2005 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Prior to that he obtained LL. B from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2001. Currently, he is pursuing his study in PhD in Corporate Governance in Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. Nazir’s research focuses on the duties and effectiveness of board director. He has secured several grants funded by the university and also external fund provider. He is also keen on writing in indexed journals, books and book chapters.
Dr. Muhammad Asyraf Hasim
Muhammad Asyraf Hasim began his career in education with Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School (UniKL Business School), gaining unparalleled experience in the industry while also establishing himself as a respected academician. He has led an impressive career as a lecturer and researcher in his eight years working in the education industry. Dr. Asyraf has also been featured in several well-known academic publications. Currently working as a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM). Prior to his current role at UTHM, Dr. Asyraf served as a real estate company manager responsible for the administration and finance. He then joined UniKL Business School in 2015, in which he held several important positions, including his last role as Deputy Dean, Student Development & Campus Lifestyle. Before that, he served as Head of Section for International Partnership and Industrial Linkages. Through his commitment to these roles, he has assisted the organisation in growing further. Dr. Asyraf holds a doctorate in management (marketing), a master’s degree in International Business, and a bachelor’s degree in business technology from local and foreign universities.
Assoc. Prof.Dr. Sitha Khemmarath
Sitha KHEMMARATH is Vice-President for Research and Postgraduate Studies/Senior Lecturer of Savannakhet University (SKU). He holds Ph.D in rural economics and development, the University of Science Agronomiques, Belgium, two Master degrees of Agricultural Engineering majoring in Major in Post-Harvest Technology at University of the Philippines, Philippines, and Master and Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering majoring in Farm Machines Management at University of Agricultural Sciences, Gödöllö, Hungry. He contributes his expertise and experience to many development projects relating to educational and agricultural research and development projects within Laos and being visiting lecturers and guest speaker at partner university abroad and conferences.
Mr. Bounthong Sengvilaykham
Bounthong SENGVILAYKHAM is Director of General Affairs and Cooperation Office and senior Lecturer. He holds his Master degree in Aquaculture and Aquatic Resources Management – area of specialization of Integrated Watershed Development Management and MSc thesis research in Southern of Laos developing district planning methods for Integrated Watershed Development and Management in 2007 from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
He is a member of the Development Advisory Group which provides backstopping support to rural development and capacity building programs in the Mekong region. Provision of support Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry at central, provincial and district levels for collaborative field research on water valuation with World Fish Center and support by CGIAR Challenge Program on Water and Food.
Mr. Anongsack Mahavong
Anongsack Mahavong is Head of International Relations Division/Lecturer/Office Manager, Savannakhet University Project Implementation Unit for Second Strengthening Higher Education Project, ADB –TA8837 LAO. He graduated Master of Educational Leadership and Management (Second Class Honors), Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland New Zealand (2013-2014). He contributes his knowledge of management and international relations to coordinate with many international projects and development. Now he is pursuing his PhD at Doctoral School of Education, University of Szeged, Hungary
Asso. Prof. Nguyen Chi Ngon
Nguyen Chi Ngon (ORCID: 0000-0002-9638-7259) received his bachelor and master degrees in electronic engineering from Can Tho University and the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, in 1996 and 2001, respectively. The degree of Ph.D. was awarded by the University of Rostock, Germany, in 2007. Since 1996, he has worked at Can Tho University. Currently, he is an associate professor in automation at Department of Automation Technology, and a Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustee of Can Tho University. He is also a national-distinguished lecturer and a secretary of the national council for professorships in Electrical-Electronics and Automation. His research interests are AI applications, intelligent control, medical control, pattern recognition, classifications, computer vision and agricultural automation.
Dr. Tran Thanh Hung
Tran Thanh Hung received a BE degree from Can Tho University, Vietnam, a MSc degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam, both in Electronic Engineering, and a PhD degree in Engineering from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia in 1996, 2000 and 2008, respectively. Dr. Tran Thanh Hung has been teaching at Can Tho University since 1996. Currently, he is a senior lecturer in the Department of Automation, Vice dean of the College of Engineering, Can Tho University, Vietnam. His research interests include robotics, vehicle-terrain interaction, control technologies, and automation in aquaculture.
Dr. Nguyen Hoang Dung
Nguyen Hoang Dung (ORCID: 0000-0001-8529-9758) is a senior lecturer and head of the Department of Automation Technology, Can Tho University. Additionally, he is director of the Innovation Center of Can Tho University. He earned his master degree on automation engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and obtained his Ph.D. on cogno-mechatronics engineering from Pusan National University, Republic of Korea. His research is mainly focused on artificial intelligence, brain engineering, 3D brain imaging, entrepreneurship, control engineering.
Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh
Nguyen Van Khanh is a lecturer at the Department of Automation Technology, Can Tho University. He got his master degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and received his Doctor of Engineering degree from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Japan. His research interests are embedded systems, IoT applications in environment and agriculture.
Asso. Prof. Dang Huynh Giao
Dang Huynh Giao received bachelor, master degree and Ph.D degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, Vietnam in 2004, 2012 and 2015, respectively. She became an associate professor in chemistry at the Department of Chemical Engineering, College of Technology in 2020. She has worked as a lecturer at Can Tho University since 2004. Her research interests include green chemistry, catalysts, Zeolitic Imidazole Frameworks (ZIFs), Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs), biochars, biological insecticides, fertilizers, environmental treatment and gas storage.
Mrs. Doan Thi Kieu My
Doan Thi Kieu My is office staff at the College of Engineering Technology, Can Tho University. She received her bachelor and master degrees in Horticulture and Landscape design from Can Tho University. She is studying for a master’s degree in Educational Management at Can Tho University.
Mr. Phan Van Nhieu
Phan Van Nhieu is a technical staff and a president of youth union at the College of Engineering Technology, Can Tho University. He received his bachelor’s degree in Infomation Technology in 2011.
Rosmini Omar
Rosmini Omar currently is the Dean of Azman Hashim International Business School (AHIBS, UTM). She is also a visiting professor at University of Business and Technology, Saudi Arabia (2021-current) and has 30 years of teaching experience in Malaysia, the United States and Finland. Her research and consultancy passion is on Talent Management, Capacity Building, Organizational Development and Leadership. Her openness to cross-border engagement brings her to frequently lead international projects. She is also active in social work as she sits in the Board of Patients for Patients Safety Malaysia and link with local hospitals. Rosmini earned her PhD in Technology Adoption among Small and Medium Enterprises, bachelors’ degree in International Business, and Masters of Management.
Maizaitulaidawati Md Husin
Maizaitulaidawati is an experienced academician with strong enthusiasm and passion for Islamic banking and finance. She is currently an associate professor at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She has over 12 years of experience in teaching and supervision. Maizaitul holds a PhD in Islamic Economics from the University of Malaya, an MSc in Banking, and a BBA in Finance.
Nor Aiza Mohd Zamil
Nor Aiza Mohd Zamil is an associate professor in Accounting at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Prior joining UTM, she has working experience in corporate organisation as Finance Executive. Her passion in teaching led her to pursue PhD and received her PhD from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, United Kingdom. She has over 10 years teaching experience in Malaysia and Thailand. Haliyana Khalid
Haliyana obtained her PhD in Computing, with specialization in Human Computer Interaction from Lancaster University, United Kingdom. She is a professional member of Association Computing Machinery (ACM) and myHCI-UX. She holds a professional certificate in Marketing (CPM, Asia). The combination of IS, UX and marketing knowledge, plus her strong passion in social media has led her to actively involved in research and consultancy in digital user experience. She is a webmaster and digital content strategist. She also have experience in managing ERP project prior to her appointment in UTM. Her publication ranges from information systems to social media marketing. Currently she is an associate professor in digital user experience management at Azman Hashim International Business School, UTM.
Umar Haiyat Abdul Kohar
Umar Haiyat Abdul Kohar completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam and a Ph.D. degree from RMIT University, Australia. His research interests are in the area of entrepreneurship education and innovation management. In 2016, he was selected by the Malaysia Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) to attend the ‘MaGIC-Stanford Faculty-Train-Faculty Exposure Program’ at Stanford University, California. In 2020, he has been certified as a digital entrepreneurship trainer by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). He is now seconded to UTM Centre for Student Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship (UTM XCITE) as a deputy director since November 2017.
Dr. Mean Sothy
Mean Sothy is the president of University of South-East Asia (USEA), Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia. He earned his bachelor of science in Mathematics at Royal University of Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. He has received his master and doctor of education in educational administration at Ubon Rachathani Rajabhat University (UBRU), Kingdom of Thailand. His research interest is focused on education.

Dr. Yoeung Sothan

Mr. Bunseang Tat
Bunseang Tat is the Vice-Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of South-East Asia (USEA), Siemreap, Cambodia. Arham Abdullah
Prof. Ts. Dr. Arham Abdullah obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (B.Eng) in 1998 and Master of Engineering (M.Eng – Engineering Management) in 1999 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He completed his PhD from Loughborough University, United Kingdom in 2003 in the area of Construction Management. Currently he is a Professor in the Faculty of Civil Engineering UTM and seconded as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation), UMK (July 2019 – July 2022). He was also seconded as Director Industry Relation Division, Higher Education Department, Ministry of Higher Education from May 2014 to June 2019. He was appointed as the Deputy Director (Innovation) at Innovation and Commercialisation Centre, (ICC) UTM from 2009 to 2014 and was appointed as Principal of Kolej Tun Hussein Onn UTM from 2006-2009. As a professional member, he is an Affiliate Member of Institute of Demolition Engineers United Kingdom, and Graduate Member of Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) and Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) has appointed him as a co-opted member in developing the Malaysian Code of Practice for Building Demolition MS2318:2012 and as a consultant in developing a training module for demolition contractors in Malaysia. He also assisted Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) in developing the Petaling Jaya Guideline for Building Demolition. Since 2004, he has been actively practicing his expertise as a demolition consultant in many demolition projects in Malaysia. His research interests are mainly in Academia, Industry Collaboration, Innovation and Commercialisation, Building and Structural Demolition, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Advanced Engineering Informatics, Concurrent Engineering, Knowledge Management and Project Management.
Mohd Asrul Hery Ibrahim
Mohd Asrul Hery is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship & Business,Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. He graduated from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. His research interests and publications include topics on numerical analysis and social sciences. Involved in entrepreneurship consultancy and research projects.
Noorul Azwin Md Nasir
Noorul Azwin is a Senior Lecturer from Faculty of Entrepreneurship & Business, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. She graduated from La Trobe University with a PhD in Accounting. Her research interests and publications include topics on corporate governance, financial statement fraud, earnings management and entrepreneurship education.
Siti Afiqah Zainuddin
Siti Afiqah Zainuddin is a Senior Lecturer from Faculty of Entrepreneurship & Business, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. She is currently an associate fellow at Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (GERIC) UMK. She graduated from University of Aberdeen with a PhD in Accounting. Her research interests and publications include topics on management accounting, social accounting and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Arif Wismadi
Dr. Arif Wismadi is a senior lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). He studied Geo-Information Management at ITC, University of Twente, the Netherland. He obtained an M.Sc degree with a specialization in Urban Information Management and a Doctoral Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in Infrastructure and Community Development.
Since 2018, he has been appointed as the Director of the UII’s Growth Hub (Simpul Tumbuh) to develop a business incubator (IBISMA) dan Professional Certification Institution in UII. Also, he is a Certified Business Coach for a start-up in a technology-based business. He also holds Level 3 TRIZ (Theory for Inventive-Problem Solving) Practitioner from MyTRIZ Malaysia.
Dr. Arif Rahman
Dr. Arif Rahman is an assistant professor in the Accounting Department, Faculty of Business and Economics, UII. His research interest is in public sector accounting and information systems. He pursued his master’s degree in Master of Commerce in Accounting from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and his Ph.D. was from Curtin University, Australia. In 2018 – 2022, he was appointed as the Vice Dean of Resource Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics, UII.
Hangga Fathana
Hangga Fathana currently serves as Head of Department at the Department of International Relations, Universitas Islam Indonesia. He researches and teaches on significant issues associated with the global political economy, trade politics, and capitalism. He also has a strong research interest in Australia’s relations with the wider Asia Pacific region.
He spent nine years in various university administrative positions: academic programs, public relations, internationalization, strategic partnership, student admission, and alumni retention.
Nihlah Ilhami
Nihlah Ilhami has been working in the internationalization-related field for more than 15 years. She is now the Head of International Mobility, Directorate of Partnership/ International Affairs, UII, responsible for coordinating the international inbound and outbound mobility activities for students and staff.
Nurul Indarti
Nurul Indarti is a Professor at the Department of Management, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She received her Bachelor in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, Siviløkonom (Master) from University of Agder, Norway and Candidata Mercatoria (Master) from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Norway. She obtained her PhD in Knowledge Management from University of Groningen, The Netherlands. Her research interest is focused on small business, family business, knowledge management and innovation.

Boyke Rudy Purnomo
Boyke R. Purnomo is a lecturer (assistant professor) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada. His research is mainly on entrepreneurship and small-business development. Rocky Adiguna
Rocky Adiguna is a junior lecturer (assistant professor) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada. His research is mainly on family business and entrepreneurship. Rocky completed his master degree at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden (MSc. In Business Administration) and completed his PhD from the University of Luxembourg with a dissertation that examines the intersection between tradition, family business, and the tourism industries in Luxembourg. Naya Hapsari
Naya Hapsari is a junior lecturer and researcher in the Department Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) since 2018, with the research interest in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. Naya completed her master degree at Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. Afif Donny Sambudi
Afif Donny Sambudi is a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Management Universitas Gadjah Mada. YOEUN Sereyvath
Sereyvath Yoeun graduate PhD in Biotechnology in 2014 from Chonnam National University, Republic of Korea. In addition to his skill from PhD research, which mainly did on molecular work, he has also good knowledge in food safety and agricultural contaminant analysis, especially, pesticide residues in the agricultural products. Dr. Sereyvath currently work as a researcher/lecturer for Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering, Institute of Technology of Cambodia, where he has gained much experience in academic service and management. He has also joined closely to develop competency standard and competency-based curriculum for the Cambodian qualification framework (level 5) for the skill of food processing and analysis.
SRANG Sarot
Dr. SRANG Sarot graduated Ph.D. degree in 2014 from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has been a lecturer of Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) since 2009 and founded Dynamics and Control Laboratory (DCLab) in 2015. His research interests are estimation, optimization, robotics, control system, and artificial intelligence. He was a recipient (twice) of the grant from Asian Office of Aerospace Research and Development, the US Air Force. He has also been the head research unit of Mechatronics and IT under Research and Innovation Center of ITC since 2017. In addition to research, he has a passion to initiate an incubation center that incubates talents, technologies, and businesses. From 2019 to 2020, he was a fellow of the US-ASEAN S&T fellowship program and conducted research on analyzing barriers of high-tech start-up ecosystem.
HOUNG Peany
Dr. HOUNG Peany, graduated her doctoral degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan) in 2020, majoring Chemical Science and Engineering. She has started working at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) from October 2020 as Deputy Head of University-Industry Linkage (UIL) Office and Lecturer/Researcher at Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering. As management level at UIL, she is responsible for communication and coordination extension projects between ITC and private sectors. She also involves in development of business plan and policy for improving the UIL. As lecturer/researcher, she is leading and coordinating various projects relating to safe food system, valorization of agricultural products for cosmetic and food applications, and food products development.
KONG Sela
Mr. KONG Sela graduated master’s degree in 2020 from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He has been a lecturer and researcher at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). He is also a principle investigator in Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP) with title of “Development of Cooking Processes for Commercialization”. His research interests are extraction/ separation/purification of macronutrients and indoor and outdoor air quality.
KEO Chivorn
Mr. KEO Chivorn graduated master’s degree in 2020 from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). He has been a member of the Dynamics and Control Laboratory (DCLab) since 2017 and a researcher under Research and Innovation Center of ITC since 2020. He is also a Co-Principle Investigator of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle project under the grant from Asian Office of Aerospace Research and Development, the US Air Force. His research interests are estimation, optimization, robotics, control system, and artificial intelligence. In addition to research, he has a passion to found a tech start-up company.
Nga Nguyen
Associate professor, she holds degree of doctor of engineering in mining management at Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen. Germany. She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Hanoi University of Mining and Geology since 2002. She has 20 years of teaching – research experience in mining management and working safety. Besides, she is a member of Advisory Council of the Section on Prevention in the Mining Industry (ISSA Mining) and a member of Society of Mining Professors (SOMP).
Thao Nguyen
Coordinator of international cooperation of Hanoi University of Mining and Geology. She is in charge of promoting international collaboration and international projects of the university. She obtained her Master Degree in Didactics and Methodology of the teaching of French in 2009 from University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University with outstanding grade. Prior to joining HUMG, she had 5 years teaching experience at the French school named École Supérieure de Technologie informatique de Hanoi. She has worked at HUMG since 2008 and has contributed in 20 HUMG’s international projects concerning capacity building, educational management, training programs development, research management, … as manager and coordinator.
Minh Nguyen
Associate Professor, PhD in Surveying and Mapping. He obtained his PhD Degree in remote sensing for land cover/land use classification in 2006 from University of Southampton, United Kingdom and his Master degree in GIS for land administration and land evaluation in 1999 from Seoul National University, Korea.
He is responsible for quality assurance of many international projects of HUMG based on his long experience. With more than 30 years working as lecturer and researcher / investigator, he is one of the most respected scientists of Vietnam in his field of expertise.
Trung Pham
Trung Pham is a lecturer at HUMG with 12-year working experience. In recent years, he concentrated on the Environmental Management field, specifically Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and published several papers at International Scientific Conferences and Scientific Journals. He attended short courses about Risk Management, Quality Management (University of Applied Sciences Georg Agrico- la in Bochum), Green Growth (USAID, UNDP). He received an award from the Rector of HUMG and Dean for his excellent lecture and research.

Phonesavanh THEPPHASOULITHONE is a Vice-Rector of Champasack University (CU), responsible for Academic Affairs, Scientific Research, and International Relations. She has an international education, holding a Ph. Nongkhane PHANTHANALAY is a Deputy Director of Planning and International Cooperation Office, Champasack university. She is holding in a Bachelor in English Language Teaching from National University of Laos (NUOL) and a Advanced Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from Kangan Institute of TAFE, Victoria, Australia. She is currently in charge of a supervision for the Planning and Reporting Division. She is also coordinating specific activities with EU partners under Erasmus+ programme and Project Implementation Unit (PIU-CU) for Strengthening Higher Education (SHEP). Finally, Ms. Nongkhane also experienced on being the Head of Department of English in the Faculty of Education from 2006-2010 among her many tasks, she took care of monitoring the learning and teaching process. From 2003 to 2006 has been coordinator for assisting American Volunteer Teachers from English Language Institute who came to teach English at the Department.
Oudtakone SINGTHONG
Oudtakone SINGTHONG is the Vice Head of Management Department at Champasak University’s Faculty of Economics and Management, Lao PDR. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Business Management degree from the National University of Laos, with a major in General Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kasetsart University in Thailand. Kean Tak is a vice-rector at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Cambodia. He received his bachelor’s in mathematics, and Master of Computer Science from RUPP, Cambodia. Vong Chorvy
Chorvy Vong is a Director of Quality Assurance Center at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He obtained his MA Degree in TESOL from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) Australia in 2003 and has an extensive experience in teaching, quality assurance management and internationalization in his Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He has been a Lecturer of English at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) since 1998 and promoted to be a Director of Quality Assurance Center in 2008 and International Relations Office in 2016. He was also working as a Specialist in Human Development for Japanese Overseas Volunteers and Japanese Overseas Senior Volunteers Training Center in Fukushima, Japan for three years (2005-2008). In 2017, I was trained as an AUN-QA Assessor in Manila, Philippines and continued to study the quality assurance and curriculum management at Charles Darwin University (CDU), Australia from September 2nd to October20th, 2017. Working in Quality Assurance Center, Mr. VONG is in charge of conducting capacity building for RUPP stakeholders, course evaluations for the University, Tracer Studies, Monitoring and Evaluation, Planning and coordinating Teaching and Learning Unit, and actively playing role in quality management and quality assurance. He is one of the key people who involved in developing the University Strategic Plans (2008-2013, 2014-2018, 2019-2030, and 2021-2030), developing Quality Assurance Operational Policy, and IQA manual. He participated in ASEAN-QA International Quality Assurance Training Course (2011-2013) and the DIES Project on ASEAN-QA TrainIQA (2014-2016) hosted by DAAD, German Rector’s Conference (HRK), ENQ, AQAN, SEAMEO RIHED, AUN, and Potsdam University, Germany. In addition, he has trained the University stakeholders to write Self-Assessment Report (SAR), to develop Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs) for curricula and has taught the English language to undergraduates and Curriculum Designs to the MA Programs of Education. Net Wanna
Mr Net Wanna has worked in various industries and sectors including higher education, language education, library education and information science, business and entrepreneurship, aid and development project management. He is currently a Deputy Director at Hun Sen Library of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. In voluntary capacity, Wanna is Secretary General of the Cambodians Librarians and Documentarists of Cambodia; and Country Coordinator for the Cambodian Electronic Information for Libraries. Or Vitou is currently in charge of a newly established center called the University-Industry Cooperation Center (UICC). Lim Chantha
Lim Chantha is a an English lecturer and a BA’s Program Coordinator at the Department of English, the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Cambodia. He received his Bachelor Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (B.Ed in TEFL) in 2005 and MA in TESOL in 2017 from the Department of English, the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Achilles D. Kameas
Dr. Eng. Achilles D. Kameas is Professor of Pervasive Computing Systems at Hellenic Open University (HOU) since 2003. He serves as Dean of the School of Science & Technology (since 2022), Member of the Board of HOU Lifelong Learning Center and the HOU Gender Equality Committee and Director of the HOU Internal Evaluation Unit. Foteini Gatomati
Foteini Gatomati is a project manager at the DAISSy research group at Hellenic Open University (HOU). She obtained her BA in Business Administration from the Technological Institution of Patras and an MSc in Applied Economics and Data Analysis from the University of Patras. Since 2022, she has been a PhDc at the University of Patras. Her thesis is “Design and implement an evaluation framework to measure the effectiveness of e-learning processes and e-learning courses”. Foteini has worked for several years in Erasmus + projects focusing in the implementation, financial monitoring and accounting of Erasmus+ Projects. Her interest lies in distance learning, education and entrepreneurship.
Elmos Konis
Dr. Elmos Konis is an academic and researcher at EUC. He has designed several programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, and leadership. He was an appointed member of SETE, the highest-level advisory committee on tertiary level education to the Ministry of Education. He prepared the 2012 ‘National Report’ for the European Migration Network. He was a ‘Country Representative’ at the AOM. He authored and supervised the project ‘Developing Cyprus into a Regional Centre of Tertiary Level Education’, funded by the RPF. He managed two EU funded multinational projects on entrepreneurship. He is the author of “Magnette: a Cyprus Odyssey”, a successful historical novel.
George Papageorgiou
Prof. Dr. George N. Papageorgiou is Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing of the School of Business Admninstration at the European University Cyprus, and the Director of the SYSTEMA Research Centre. He is a holder a Ph.D. degree from the City University of London, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent and a First Class (Honours) Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the City University of London. Further, he earned the European Certificate in E-Learning Course Design and Teaching with a Grade of “A” (Excellent) from the University of Oberta de Catalunya and the Laureate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. Prof. Papageorgiou served as a Postdoctoral Fellow, Researcher, Visiting Professor, and Management Consultant, as well as an Entrepreneur, Business Manager and Human Resource Manager. He is an expert in Management, Strategy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Organizational Theory and Business System Dynamics. He has published many peer-reviewed articles in reputable academic journals, and participated in many reputable academic conferences worldwide as a delegate, chairperson, coordinator, reviewer and plenary speaker. He is a recipient of the FH Russell Memorial Prize, scholarships by many institutions, and multiple research grant awards by the National Research Promotion Foundation and the European Union.
Simona Mihai-Yiannaki
Dr. Simona Mihai Yiannaki has initiated the EUC-PEAK Innovation Center, being the Director since 2018. She is a Deputy Dean of the School of Business Administration and Associate Professor in Finance at European University Cyprus.
Simona has been active in funded research Erasmus+ Life learning projects, coordinating and administrating projects such as: ‘Cross Cultural Management CCMIP’, Grundtvig project ‘Feeling Younger by Getting older’, the CCMIP, ‘European Recovery Leadership- Striving Forward’-ErasmusIP, FA-ST, DIMAS, ANGEL, 4ArtPreneur, SHADOWS, GET-UP on green entrepreneruship, SCIENT, and ICTEntrepreneur all related to developing entrepreneurial skills for various stakeholders. Dr. Katerina Theodoridou (F)

Dr. Katerina Theodoridou is the Research & Development Director of CSI and she holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (New Technologies) from University of Texas at Austin, USA. She has core expertise in program design, management and evaluation, curriculum development, and ICT-based learning. She works on projects related to the design and development of interactive learning environments, and innovation infusion in organizations focused on social innovation and social justice. Specifically, as a researcher and expert facilitator/trainer she is involved in programs focused on educational planning, the integration of ICT in education, developing educational materials for online learning and professional training, and assessment of learning needs.
Kleovoulos Stylianou (M)
Project Manager
Kleovoulos Stylianou is a Project Manager and Researcher at CSI. He has ongoing experience in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, non-formal education, youth development and EU project design and writing. He worked as a Project Manager and a University Liaison Officer with the labour market gaining experience from different educational and academic institutions. He has also served as Secretary of International Relations at the Cyprus Youth Council in 2021. As a member of the CSI team, his interests include Social Innovation and Inclusion, Entrepreneurship, Youth Development, Non-formal Education and Sustainable Development. Regarding his educational background, Kleovoulos received a course in Project Management Professional (PMP) and he is a holder of a BSc in Business and Public Administration from the University of Cyprus, and an MA degree in Film Producing from the University of South Wales.
Vassiliki Chatzipetrou, Manager
Vassiliki Chatzipetrou is the Co-Founder & Director of the EU & International Cooperation Department of ReadLab. She holds a BA in International and European Studies from the Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus, Greece and an MA in War Studies from King’s College London, University of London, UK. She has been a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Political Science, University of Florida, US, in the framework of the US State Department exchange program for Scholars “Study of the United States Institute on Foreign Policy”. She is working across the organisation to define and deploy growth strategies across all ReadLab’s business lines, leading to impactful outcomes.
Olga Karamichailidou, Researcher
Olga Karamichailidou is a Project Manager and Researcher at ReadLab. She obtained her BA in International and European studies from the University of Piraeus in Greece. She also holds a MA in International and European studies from the University of Strasbourg and a LLM in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Olga has worked at the European Commission and the consultancy sector in Brussels. She has several years of experience working for the EU public sector, focusing on international development and cooperation. She has a good understanding of various EU instruments and practical experience with EU external actions worldwide. Her areas of expertise are Research and Quality assurance – Evaluation, Proposal writing and Project management of EU-funded projects.
