She is also a visiting professor at University of Business and Technology, Saudi Arabia (2021-current) and has 30 years of teaching experience in Malaysia, the United States and Finland. Her research and consultancy passion is on Talent Management, Capacity Building, Organizational Development and Leadership. Her openness to cross-border engagement brings her to frequently lead international projects. She is also active in social work as she sits in the Board of Patients for Patients Safety Malaysia and link with local hospitals. Rosmini earned her PhD in Technology Adoption among Small and Medium Enterprises, bachelors’ degree in International Business, and Masters of Management.

Maizaitulaidawati Md Husin

Maizaitulaidawati is an experienced academician with strong enthusiasm and passion for Islamic banking and finance. She is currently an associate professor at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She has over 12 years of experience in teaching and supervision. Maizaitul holds a PhD in Islamic Economics from the University of Malaya, an MSc in Banking, and a BBA in Finance.

Nor Aiza Mohd Zamil

Nor Aiza Mohd Zamil is an associate professor in Accounting at Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Prior joining UTM, she has working experience in corporate organisation as Finance Executive. Haliyana Khalid

Haliyana obtained her PhD in Computing, with specialization in Human Computer Interaction from Lancaster University, United Kingdom.  She is a professional member of Association Computing Machinery (ACM) and myHCI-UX. She holds a professional certificate in Marketing (CPM, Asia). The combination of IS, UX and marketing knowledge, plus her strong passion in social media has led her to actively involved in research and consultancy in digital user experience. She is a webmaster and digital content strategist. She also have experience in managing ERP project prior to her appointment in UTM.  Her publication ranges from information systems  to social media marketing.  Currently she is an associate professor in digital user experience management at Azman Hashim International Business School, UTM.

Umar Haiyat Abdul Kohar

Umar Haiyat Abdul Kohar completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam and a Ph.D. degree from RMIT University, Australia. His research interests are in the area of entrepreneurship education and innovation management. In 2016, he was selected by the Malaysia Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) to attend the ‘MaGIC-Stanford Faculty-Train-Faculty Exposure Program’ at Stanford University, California. In 2020, he has been certified as a digital entrepreneurship trainer by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). He is now seconded to UTM Centre for Student Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship (UTM XCITE) as a deputy director since November 2017.

Dr. Siti Sarah Omar

Siti Sarah Omar is a lecturer at the Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) Johor Malaysia since 2008. She is also a Certified Professional Entrepreneurial Educator awarded by Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. She obtained her PhD Degree (Management-Entrepreneurship) in 2015 from University of Southampton, United Kingdom. She holds Master of Science (Human Resource Development) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM-2006) and Bachelor Degree of Business Administration with Honors from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM-2002). Prior to joining UTHM she had two years teaching experience at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in Kuala Lumpur. Her expertise is in the field of Entrepreneurial Networking, Human and Social Capital, Human Resource Management and Development as well as Talent Management. She has published plentiful Scopus-indexed journals and conference proceedings since 2010 while at the same time actively involved in research grants at the national level and abroad.

Prof. Dr. Mohd Shahir Shamsir Omar

Mohd Shahir Shamsir Omar is the Vice Chancellor of Research and Innovation at UTHM. His previous position as the Director of Innovation and Commercialization Centre Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) has recorded substantial achievement in institutional research sustainability using commercialization of intellectual property and productization of services. He has also doubled the IP output of UTM, restructured UTM spin-off management and optimised IP revenue to include IP services & asset monetisation. He has published 56 Web of Science articles, 20 Scopus articles, 49 articles, chapters and Proceedings and earn research grants and consultancy worth RM 2.9 million. His research publications revolve around the topic of Biological Sciences.

Prof. Dr. Wan Fauzi @ Wan Fauziah Wan Yusoff

Wan Fauzi @ Wan Fauziah Wan Yusoff has been involved in entrepreneurship activity in 2004 since she began her career as an academic staff of Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). In 2009, she completed her PhD in Corporate Governance at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. Since returning to Malaysia in 2009, she has been actively involved in entrepreneurship and business activity within and outside of UTHM. In 2011 she was chosen by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOE) as one of the candidates to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge University. Apart from academic achievement, she also professionally trained to become a “Corporate Director” under the Women Directorship Programme, Ministry of Women and Social Development since 2014. She also a “Qualified Trainer of MARA” since 2005, and NLP trainers since January 2016. In January 2017 she received Best Mentor Award from Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abd Rahman Ahmad

Abd Rahman Ahmad has more than 14 years of working experiences as a lecturer at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.  Abd Rahman Ahmad formal qualifications include a BHRM (UUM), MBA (Strategic Management) (IBS, UTM) and PhD (Victoria University of Melbourne). The teaching experience includes strategic planning, management, entrepreneurship, and human resource management subjects. His current research interests include higher education strategic planning, education funding systems, business, management and more.

Dr. Umi Kartini Rashid

Umi Kartini Rashid is a lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Faculty of Technology and Business Management (FTMB), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). Her service with UTHM has entered its 12th year in addition to working experience in several Japanese companies for 7 years. Her early education began at Sekolah Tun Fatimah (STF) Johor Bahru and later continued her studies at Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo Japan in Bachelor of Commerce and Management. She then pursued on her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same University, before obtaining a PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) Sintok, Kedah Malaysia. She has also obtained Professional Certificate for Entrepreneurial Educators, Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning and is also a Certified E-Commerce Trainer, Global E-Commerce Talent (GET), Alibaba Business School in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia. Apart from that, she has led some research grants at the national and internal level and involved as a consultant in several corporate companies in the state of Johor, besides being one of the members in the taskforce of the Malaysian Higher Education Entrepreneurship Action Plan 2021-2025.

Dr. Noor Aslinda Abu Seman

Noor Aslinda Abu Seman is a lecturer at Department of Business Management, Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Johor, Malaysia. She joined UTHM since October 2017. She completed her diploma in Technology Management (Accounting) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) KL City Campus in the year of 2009. In 2011, she obtained her first degree in Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from UTM Skudai and graduated with first class. Due to date, she was offered for fast-track program at Doctorate level in Management and completed my PhD in 2017. Her research interest includes green supply chain management, marketing, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurship, green marketing, green innovation, supply chain management, as well as management accounting.

Mohd Nazir Mohd Adi is a lecturer in the Faculty of Technology Management and Business. Prior to joining the academic, he was an assistant registrar in the Registrar’s office. He received his LL.M in 2005 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Prior to that he obtained LL. B from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2001. Currently, he is pursuing his study in PhD in Corporate Governance in Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. Nazir’s research focuses on the duties and effectiveness of board director. He has secured several grants funded by the university and also external fund provider. He is also keen on writing in indexed journals, books and book chapters.

Dr. Muhammad Asyraf Hasim

Muhammad Asyraf Hasim began his career in education with Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School (UniKL Business School), gaining unparalleled experience in the industry while also establishing himself as a respected academician. He has led an impressive career as a lecturer and researcher in his eight years working in the education industry. Dr. Asyraf has also been featured in several well-known academic publications. Currently working as a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Technology Management and Business, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM). Prior to his current role at UTHM, Dr. Asyraf served as a real estate company manager responsible for the administration and finance. He then joined UniKL Business School in 2015, in which he held several important positions, including his last role as Deputy Dean, Student Development & Campus Lifestyle. Before that, he served as Head of Section for International Partnership and Industrial Linkages. Through his commitment to these roles, he has assisted the organisation in growing further. Dr. Asyraf holds a doctorate in management (marketing), a master’s degree in International Business, and a bachelor’s degree in business technology from local and foreign universities.

Sitha KHEMMARATH is Vice-President for Research and Postgraduate Studies/Senior Lecturer of Savannakhet University (SKU). He holds Ph.D in rural economics and development, the University of Science Agronomiques, Belgium, two Master degrees of Agricultural Engineering majoring in Major in Post-Harvest Technology at University of the Philippines, Philippines, and Master and Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering majoring in Farm Machines Management at University of Agricultural Sciences, Gödöllö, Hungry. He contributes his expertise and experience to many development projects relating to educational and agricultural research and development projects within Laos and being visiting lecturers and guest speaker at partner university abroad and conferences.

Mr. Bounthong Sengvilaykham

Bounthong SENGVILAYKHAM is Director of General Affairs and Cooperation Office and senior Lecturer. He holds his Master degree in Aquaculture and Aquatic Resources Management – area of specialization of Integrated Watershed Development Management and MSc thesis research in Southern of Laos developing district planning methods for Integrated Watershed Development and Management in 2007 from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.

He is a member of the Development Advisory Group which provides backstopping support to rural development and capacity building programs in the Mekong region. Provision of support Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry at central, provincial and district levels for collaborative field research on water valuation with World Fish Center and support by CGIAR Challenge Program on Water and Food.

Asso. Prof. Nguyen Chi Ngon

Nguyen Chi Ngon (ORCID: 0000-0002-9638-7259) received his bachelor and master degrees in electronic engineering from Can Tho University and the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, in 1996 and 2001, respectively. The degree of Ph.D. was awarded by the University of Rostock, Germany, in 2007. Since 1996, he has worked at Can Tho University. Currently, he is an associate professor in automation at Department of Automation Technology, and a Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustee of Can Tho University. He is also a national-distinguished lecturer and a secretary of the national council for professorships in Electrical-Electronics and Automation. His research interests are AI applications, intelligent control, medical control, pattern recognition, classifications, computer vision and agricultural automation.

Tran Thanh Hung received a BE degree from Can Tho University, Vietnam, a MSc degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam, both in Electronic Engineering, and a PhD degree in Engineering from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia in 1996, 2000 and 2008, respectively. Arham Abdullah

Prof. Ts. Dr. Arham Abdullah obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (B.Eng) in 1998 and Master of Engineering (M.Eng – Engineering Management) in 1999 from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He completed his PhD from Loughborough University, United Kingdom in 2003 in the area of Construction Management. Currently he is a Professor in the Faculty of Civil Engineering UTM and seconded as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation), UMK (July 2019 – July 2022). He was also seconded as Director Industry Relation Division, Higher Education Department, Ministry of Higher Education from May 2014 to June 2019. He was appointed as the Deputy Director (Innovation) at Innovation and Commercialisation Centre, (ICC) UTM from 2009 to 2014 and was appointed as Principal of Kolej Tun Hussein Onn UTM from 2006-2009. As a professional member, he is an Affiliate Member of Institute of Demolition Engineers United Kingdom, and Graduate Member of Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) and Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) has appointed him as a co-opted member in developing the Malaysian Code of Practice for Building Demolition MS2318:2012 and as a consultant in developing a training module for demolition contractors in Malaysia. He also assisted Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) in developing the Petaling Jaya Guideline for Building Demolition. Since 2004, he has been actively practicing his expertise as a demolition consultant in many demolition projects in Malaysia. His research interests are mainly in Academia, Industry Collaboration, Innovation and Commercialisation, Building and Structural Demolition, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Advanced Engineering Informatics, Concurrent Engineering, Knowledge Management and Project Management.

YOEUN Sereyvath

Sereyvath Yoeun graduate PhD in Biotechnology in 2014 from Chonnam National University, Republic of Korea. In addition to his skill from PhD research, which mainly did on molecular work, he has also good knowledge in food safety and agricultural contaminant analysis, especially, pesticide residues in the agricultural products. Dr. Sereyvath currently work as a researcher/lecturer for Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering, Institute of Technology of Cambodia, where he has gained much experience in academic service and management. He has also joined closely to develop competency standard and competency-based curriculum for the Cambodian qualification framework (level 5) for the skill of food processing and analysis.

SRANG Sarot

Dr. SRANG Sarot graduated Ph.D. degree in 2014 from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has been a lecturer of Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) since 2009 and founded Dynamics and Control Laboratory (DCLab) in 2015. His research interests are estimation, optimization, robotics, control system, and artificial intelligence. He was a recipient (twice) of the grant from Asian Office of Aerospace Research and Development, the US Air Force. He has also been the head research unit of Mechatronics and IT under Research and Innovation Center of ITC since 2017. In addition to research, he has a passion to initiate an incubation center that incubates talents, technologies, and businesses. From 2019 to 2020, he was a fellow of the US-ASEAN S&T fellowship program and conducted research on analyzing barriers of high-tech start-up ecosystem.

HOUNG Peany

Dr. HOUNG Peany, graduated her doctoral degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan) in 2020, majoring Chemical Science and Engineering. She has started working at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) from October 2020 as Deputy Head of University-Industry Linkage (UIL) Office and Lecturer/Researcher at Faculty of Chemical and Food Engineering. As management level at UIL, she is responsible for communication and coordination extension projects between ITC and private sectors. She also involves in development of business plan and policy for improving the UIL. As lecturer/researcher, she is leading and coordinating various projects relating to safe food system, valorization of agricultural products for cosmetic and food applications, and food products development.

KONG Sela

Mr. KONG Sela graduated master’s degree in 2020 from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). He has been a lecturer and researcher at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). He is also a principle investigator in Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP) with title of “Development of Cooking Processes for Commercialization”. His research interests are extraction/ separation/purification of macronutrients and indoor and outdoor air quality.

Mr. KEO Chivorn graduated master’s degree in 2020 from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). Dr. Arif Wismadi

Dr. Arif Wismadi is a senior lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). He studied Geo-Information Management at ITC, University of Twente, the Netherland. He obtained an M.Sc degree with a specialization in Urban Information Management and a Doctoral Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in Infrastructure and Community Development.

Since 2018, he has been appointed as the Director of the UII’s Growth Hub (Simpul Tumbuh) to develop a business incubator (IBISMA) dan Professional Certification Institution in UII. Also, he is a Certified Business Coach for a start-up in a technology-based business. He also holds Level 3 TRIZ (Theory for Inventive-Problem Solving) Practitioner from MyTRIZ Malaysia.

Dr. Arif Rahman is an assistant professor in the Accounting Department, Faculty of Business and Economics, UII. His research interest is in public sector accounting and information systems. He is one of the key people who involved in developing the University Strategic Plans (2008-2013, 2014-2018, 2019-2030, and 2021-2030), developing Quality Assurance Operational Policy, and IQA manual. Dr. Elmos Konis is an academic and researcher at EUC. He has designed several programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, and leadership. He was an appointed member of SETE, the highest-level advisory committee on tertiary level education to the Ministry of Education.
